Unlike pre-construction homes, move-in-sooner homes, often called quick-closing, spec, or inventory homes, are new-construction houses that are either already completed, in the final stages of construction, or built to the drywall stage. They offer possession in as little as 30 days or as long as 6 months, depending on the stage of construction. 
 

• Completed homes / Final stage of construction - you can physically tour most of these homes before purchasing. Structural changes and interior design choices have been made by our Design Studio Consultants.

• Built to drywall stage: Structural upgrades have been completed - things like electrical and plumbing changes, but you can still choose your interior finishes.
