Unlike Pre-construction homes, Inventory Homes, often called Quick-closing, Spec, Move-in Ready, or Move-in Soon, are new-construction houses that are either already completed, in the final stages of construction, built to the drywall stage, or construction has not started, but a permit has been applied for. They offer possession in as little as 30 days for move-in ready, 6 - 9 months for homes at the drywall stage, or up to 15 months for those where construction has not yet commenced.
 

• Completed homes / Final stage of construction - you can physically tour most of these homes before purchasing. Structural changes and interior design choices have been made by our Design Studio Consultants.

• Built to drywall stage: Structural upgrades have been completed - things like electrical and plumbing changes- but you can still choose your interior finishes.  

• Permit Applied: Sometimes you can still request structural upgrades. You can still choose your interior finishes. You can not change model, elevation, bedroom size, or add finished basements and/or walk- up basements.
